rescreening

Request a rescreen estimate →

If screens throughout your enclosure are worn or damaged, a full rescreen may be the practical way to refresh the space. We'll discuss the condition of your existing screens and which material fits your priorities.

Our full rescreens include new door hardware and a three-year installation warranty. Ask us about the included hardware and warranty coverage when we prepare your estimate.

Available for pool enclosures, lanais, porches, and patios across our Central Florida service area.

Screen repair &
panel replacement

Tell us what needs repair →

A tear or loose panel doesn't always mean you need to replace every screen. We can assess the affected area and discuss individual screen replacement or a broader rescreen when appropriate.

Send a photo showing the damaged screen and a wider view of the enclosure. Let us know whether the panel is on a wall or roof so we can better understand access to the repair.

Our full enclosure refurbishing service can combine painting, full screw changeouts, new doors, and rescreening. Tell us about frame wear, door problems, and screening you want replaced so we can discuss the scope together.

The finishing details

Hardware &
enclosure upgrades

Ask us about doggy-door installation, kickplates, screw change-outs, Tapcon replacement, and minor metal repairs. These details can address everyday wear and make your enclosure more useful.

Doggy doors are available in multiple sizes. A magnetic flap helps the door close after use; it isn't a guarantee against insects, weather, or other animals.

Lanai framing and screen installation

Enclose an existing covered porch or lanai with framing and screening. Ask about screen doors, large pet doors, and kick plates when planning your project.
