From open porch
to screened lanai.
This covered lanai in Zephyrhills started with open front and side openings. Casey and Andre framed in the space and installed screening to create an enclosed outdoor sitting area.
The project included a 4-foot door for access to the yard, a large doggy door beside it, and a 16-inch kick plate along the bottom. The photographs follow the work from the original porch through framing and door installation to the finished enclosure.
