More than new screening
Sometimes the enclosure needs attention beyond the mesh. Mid-Florida Rescreening offers full refurbishing that can include painting, full screw changeouts, new doors, and rescreening. Tell us which parts of the structure you want refreshed so we can prepare an estimate for that scope. These items are not automatically included in an individual screen repair or a standard rescreen.
Enclosure painting
If the frame finish is part of your project, ask about painting alongside the screening and hardware work. We need to understand the existing finish and frame condition before defining the preparation and painting scope. Share photos of the overall enclosure and the areas you want addressed. The estimate is the place to confirm what will be prepared, painted, and included.
Full screw changeouts and door replacement
A complete screw changeout is a different scope from replacing a few fasteners during a repair. Let us know whether you want a full changeout and whether doors, closers, latches, or other hardware also need attention. We offer new doors as part of our refurbishing work, along with the hardware and minor metal repair services described on our services page.
Plan the project around your enclosure
Send wide views of the pool cage or lanai, close-ups of frame wear, and photos of doors or fasteners that concern you. Include your city and whether you also want new screening. We will discuss the enclosure condition, access, material choices, and the proposed work before scheduling. Refurbishing is not a promise to correct every structural issue; any concerns outside the agreed scope need to be identified before work begins.
